We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way you may return them to us free of charge providing your return adheres to the return policy laid out below.
DoorTechnik products are made to order and can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect, unless expressly stated by DoorTechnik Ltd prior to ordering.
You may return goods and receive a refund or replacement provided Faulty products have been returned within 7 days of receipt.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Products should be returned to DoorTechnik via a tracked courier service. DoorTechnik cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
